Sardar of Islam, Brigadier General Haj Hussein Hamedani, an eminent commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has responded to the call from his Lord and has achieved the most sublime grace of Martyrdom while visiting the front lines in Aleppo,Syria.

I hope one day Muslims will stop killing each others and unite against enemies of Islam.
But right now we are our biggest enemy.

.
Is he the same Sardar that has European ban on him due to active participation on brutally suppressing the 2009 green movement? or am I mistaken? Anyway I wish he was alive to answer for those events if he had participated but he was serving the country when he died so RIP.

I don't know but if he did, he deserves extra congratulations. The green movement was an attempt to turn Iran to what you see in Syria and Libya today (and I'm saying this as an ex-greenie)

But let's keep that out of this thread.

Not exactly.
Some of Tehrani youth burnt street furnitures and ran away which caused government to deal with them. That wouldn't cause big crises like the ones in Syria & Lybia which is a wahhabi Nato Turkey war. We are seeing unreasts in US & France everyday or many times in Turkey as our neighbor country but we never see much focus on them because western empire media are anti Iranian.
