There are 12 provinces with names (P1, P2 and so on) and with following capitals
P1=Gilgit city
P2=Lahore
P3=Abbottabad
P4=Mirpur
P5=Peshawar
P6=Multan
P7=bahawalpur
P8=Queeta
P9=Kalat city
P10=Gawadar city
P11=Hyderabad
P12=Karachi
Capital of country = Islamabad

If we implement this then
-At the beginning their will be a backlash from our politicians and people but we can use media to tell people that this is better for all of us (which i think it really is).
-Politicians may show their concerns but we can silence them all by opening their corruption cases
-We can then change the text books entirely (removing names of all of previous provinces from our text books) and will continue to make people get used to this by funding media and by brain washing people into thinking that this solution is better for all of us (i know, it sounds evil lol)
-Finally we have to generate governmental based jobs and allot those jobs to people from other provinces that will make people from other provinces to migrate into other part of Pakistan. That way we can be able to have a well distributed population, without having any specific ethnic group located at any single particular place.

The enemy of Pakistan will be planning to break Pakistan apart on basis of ethnicity. Indian involvement in balochistan, PTM & ANP emergence from kpk and altaf hussain from karachi and above all bangladesh was an example that we should not forget.
Making provinces like this will be good for Pakistan to curb down all the ethnic based sentiments emerging from our people.

I think Punjab should be divided into four administrative units during Imran Khan Government. For example: Potohar, Shumali Punjab, Junoobi Punjab and Bahawalpur.
