Not a correct analogy

Unlike Raymond Davies, Warren Anderson is on Interpol list as international criminal who extradition is sought by the Indian state. Since 1984 he went in 'hiding'.

That is a correct analogy as India has on record accused USA of sheltering this man.

yes we are Hindustani's... sarabjit is believed as spy... but kasab caught in act... while killing Indians.... does sarabjit did it? no... there are thousands of spies on both sides...

He was accused and found guilty of death of 14 Pakistanis. He is same like Kasab.

Hindostani Mentality

Kasab, caught by India, charged with killing Indians, trialed by India = Terrorist

Sarabajit caught by Pakistan, charged with killing Pakistanis, trialed by Pakistan with 5 mercy pleas = innocent.

Its not a question of his innocence....its a question about the method of his execution.

Amritsar/Lahore: The distraught family of Indian
death row prisoner Sarabjit Singh, who was
brutally assaulted in a Lahore jail last week, is
likely to return home on Wednesday after
doctors have reportedly indicated that he was
"clinically dead". Raj Kumar Verka, vice chairman of the National
Commission for the Scheduled Castes, said in
Amritsar Tuesday that he spoke to Sarabjit's
sister Dalbir Kaur who told him that doctors have
told her that Sarabjit was "brain dead". "I think that Sarabjit had died earlier. Why did the
Pakistan government have to do this drama (of
allowing the family to visit him in Lahore) when
he was already gone? They sought her
permission to remove him from the ventilator,"
Verka, who was instrumental in securing visas for four members of Sarabjit's family from the
Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi on
Saturday, told media. Sarabjit's lawyer Awais Sheikh told a news
channel from Lahore that Sarabjit's sister had
expressed the family's desire to return to India. "After the doctors told her about Sarabjit's
condition, she first told me that they wanted to
go back today (Tuesday). But later, in their hotel,
they said that they will go back tomorrow
(Wednesday) morning," Sheikh told the channel. Sarabjit Singh, 49, was admitted to a Lahore
hospital in a critical condition after a vicious
attack on him by fellow prisoners at the Kot
Lakhpat Jail April 26. He has been on ventilator
support ever since. India Monday appealed to Pakistan for Sarabjit's
release even while a medical board in Pakistan
said that he would continue to get treatment in
Pakistan and not shifted out. The ministry of external affairs in New Delhi had
asked Pakistan to take a "sympathetic and
humanitarian" view on Sarabjit. Dalbir Kaur, Sarabjit's wife Sukhpreet Kaur and
daughters Swapandeep and Poonam, crossed
from the Attari-Wagah border checkpost into
Pakistan Sunday afternoon to visit him in a
Lahore hospital. He has been on death row in Pakistan since 1990
after being convicted by Pakistani courts for
bomb blasts in Lahore and Multan, which left 14
people dead.
Sarabjit's family claims he is innocent, and that he
crossed over to Pakistan in August 1990 in an inebriated state and was arrested there.
Police in Pakistan, however, claimed that Sarabjit
Singh, known there as Manjit Singh, was
involved in terrorist strikes.

Sarabjit `clinically dead`; family to return on Wednesday

Some one Tell this BiCth that you should thank Pakistan for issuing you visa Else you are a Terrorist Sister.

Raymond Davies is a free men while Warren Anderson is not

Raymond Davis was caught and put in prison when all kind of pressure was being exerted at Pakistan. He found a way through law by paying the family of victims in tune of millions and there are some credible sources which say that he was also exchanged with some Pakistanis in Afghan prison. Compare this with Warren Anderson who was directly involved in death of more then 10,000 Indians and some 500,000 who were injured (some have been disabled for life). USA did not allow India to even question him earlier and later he disappeared with the blessing of USA. Indian Govt on record accuses USA of that role.

Face it Pakistanis still care for their citizens far more then Indians do.

Nice word to use for a woman whose only crime is to be related to someone accused of terrorism.

And what is a 'Terrorist sister'? Is it the same as 'Terrorist co-religionist'?

The ones who killed Sarabjit also might have same kind of screwed logic like the one you just gave me.

Would only mean that your countrymen are just like the ones who killed Sarabjit. Only difference is that you present yourself holier and noble than us on this forum. Which you guys aren't in reality.
Ofcourse we are nobler.
Even a man as hated as Afzal guru was given a trial and hanged as per law.
A Pakistani Kasab was given a trial and hanged.

You might not have noticed a pattern here but you would notice that they were not killed in jail.
There was a due process of law and legal execution.

Unlike Pakistanis there is a level of rule of law and civilisation here.
If an international prisoner is killed in jail and Pakistanis here celebrate it instead of condemning it then how different is it from Pakistanis hailing and praising the man who killed Salman taser.

And you again might not have noticed but there is a pattern of Pakistanis behaviour here as well...savagery.

Pot calling the kettle black :omghaha::omghaha::omghaha:
US

Have you seen terrorists in US being caught with connections in India?
Or terrorists in UK?
Or Spain?

Do Uzbeks Chechens afghans Arabs etc come to India to train for holy wars?

If the answer is a no...then trying to equate what India did 20 years ago and in a limited area to the global vile that Pakistan is spreading is a folly and one that no nation believes despite Pakistans best attempts to equate India in this.

Ofcourse we are nobler.

That's why you would kill some innocent to avenge the death of a convicted terrorist.

Even a man as hated as Afzal guru was given a trial and hanged as per law.

Just like numerous Indian spies who were given fair trial and returned to their country in good health.

There was a due process of law and legal execution.

A lot has been said on that legal process. Lot of question marks. Not the topic right now.

The poor family of Guru in IOK is still waiting for his dead body. Your nobility doesn't seem to work here. Or was only limited to killing guru.

Unlike Pakistanis there is a level of rule of law and civilisation here.

When I see someone like Modi presenting him as the new savior of India, I understand that level of law and civilization.

If an international prisoner is killed in jail and Pakistanis here celebrate it instead of condemning it then how different is it from Pakistanis hailing and praising the man who killed Salman taser.

I have seen Indians cheering for Nathu Ram godse on this forum. Sarabjit was a terrorist after all.

And you again might not have noticed but there is a pattern of Pakistanis behaviour here as well...savagery.

And as you yourself, you guys are going to do the same. You are as savage as those two prisoners if not more.

Classic attempt to divert the topic from Modi to gurus body.

The point is that the law was followed and guru and kasab were hanged. The law does not mandate gurus body to be given back.

In Pakistans case killing sarabjit and taser and hailing their deaths and killers shows the kind of people Pakistanis are.

No, but i have seen terrorists flushed with Indian weapons and money caught in Pakistan. Stop making yourself out to be an innocent angel you are not. India is the only country in South Asia that has used covert and overt methods to impose her hegemony on other nations. It is the only country that has used outright physical force to impose her hegemony on smaller nations. India started this whole concept in South Asia of supporting terrorist and seperatist elements in other sovereign South Asian nations. India still continues to flush terrorist elements in Pakistan with money and weapons, it is outright hypocrisy that you refuse to acknowledge this fact but still continue to harp about State Sponsored Pakistani terrorists.

Pakistan's location is a curse and a blessing. It is a curse because it borders Afghanistan, this is why it makes it a natural safe haven for foreign militant fighters coming for Jihad against NATO invaders. Indian overt and covert attempts to destabilise Pakistan makes it even more harder for the State to act against these terrorist groups. India if not more, but is equally guilty of supporting terrorist elements inside Pakistan. If you choose to ignore these facts, so be it but that does not changes the reality. No matter how you try to spin doctor this, India is the pioneer of State Sponsored Terrorism in South Asia.

finally justice done to those thirteen people who were killed by this terrorist
