Krishna is telling Arjuna to follow his true nature, his training, his duty and his responsibility.

He is taking AWAY Arjuna's choice NOT to do his Duty under the fear that he will make a mistake and commit a Sin.

Arjuna was born a prince, trained as a warrior and had a duty to protect dharma using his skill. Arjuna's choice was made long ago, once he made that choice, he cold not run away from his duty by quoting his fears of committing a sin during war.
