Who is constructing the Dam? Army or builders who are handpicked by politicians in Pakistan?

Yes, I can understand that. But if the finances went back to the politicians then it will be a problem again. I don't trust those guys.

Do you know the problem? Dam is not in Govt. Priority list. Govt. is interested in Metro & Artificial Power Generation(Loans). This Fund is dedicated for Dams and can't be used for other purpose.
