Moscow has sent India a list of more than 500 products for potential delivery including parts for cars, aircraft and trains, as sanctions squeeze Russia's ability to keep vital industries running.

Indians are very clear who their friends have been historically. If it causes burn to others it is not a concern or a priority for us. We are very capable of fighting China on our own. If it ever comes to that. And have demonstrated the capability and the intent very clearly.

Sure. Yet Russia has taken a massive chunk of East Ukraine all up till the Dnipro river. And is poised to take more as the ground hardens.
