It is because human beings are considered civilized, Kasab was a Pakistani terrorist and he came into Mumbai and killed everyone without discrimination. He was caught and given a fair trial and hanged. That is fair.

If Sarbajit was given a fair trial and he was convicted beyond any doubt then he should be hanged rather that killing him with an attack. Both Sarbajit and Sanaullah deaths are very unfortunate and should NOT be repeated!
