I'm still pondering which one? The fact that Samsung has r&d center in 14 countries is a testimony that korean lack the capabilities to work on their "technologies". I will not be surprised if most to all of any Korean "patents" are the work of non-Korean in those r&d center that Samsung hire.

Although, I must admit that both Chinese and Vietnamese are held to much higher standards than Koreans, Japanese, South Asians, and especially westerners. If a westerner has to be a 10, then a Korean/Japanese/South Asian has to be a 50, and a Chinese/Vietnamese has to be a 100, for the same amount of recognition.
