Muslim Girls do study in Schools , college and universities with boys in almost every Single Islamic country so i dont think there is any problem with that, participating in Sports is a good thing including Swimming as long as they are free to wear what they want .

As far as meat , beef , chicken is Halal it can be turned into any Italian food so no issues there, and i am sure Italian Muslims do eat Italian food . What is Italian Dress ?
