Ummm it kinda is Mr USA, considering they will probably be used to bomb our country in the next India-Pakistan war.

We should desist from such negative mindset that a war might occur. But unfortunately if it does ... these F-16s won't be India's prime worry ... as the effects of this next war would be devastating for both sides.

Yes in limited theatre conflicts, these acquisitions ... meagre as they seem ... have a diminishing effect on the larger conventional forces' gung-ho go-right-in-whenever-we -want posture (ala US on Irag style) i.e. it slightly eats away at India's dada-giri style ghus ke marunga mentality.

So it is good if this increases the threshold for holding the peace and reduces the chance of a war.

In here this F 16 is US aid .Had it been a proper deal where Pakistan buying from them with your own cash it wouldnt have been a problem.

This is just a start Mr.
American giants like Boeing and LM secretly visited PM for deals .So far he was neutral in his approach.Now things will go ugly .They can choose Pakistan if that is their national interests .We dont have any problem .
But it is our right to chose our own national interests . Then it may not be favourable to US .
