It is a well known fact that innumerable officers of Pakistan Army's medical corps have deserted to US and UK.

i can count many more indian officers who've deserted as well.....Google does wonders - as does the "Search Function" on this very forum

There are millions of Pakistani good Muslim people who are looking to move to Australia and NZ permanently and I think Govt. has to help them out too move their freely...
