The investment proposal came down from 16.2 billion dollar to 130 million dollar. Big mouth Indians and Indian media.
I earlier said Shahara never had 16 billion dollar to start with.

yeah 130 million dollars is peanuts in land of honey and gold where people use 100 $ bill to lit up cigars and throws away 10, 20 million $ in weekend parties.

Anyway it's 130 million in the first phase of the project.
