Umer what nonsense are you talking, even now you are leasing transponder from European entities. What wrong with this one it will be coming to as almost free. If like a illiterate mullah you are going to oppose anything Indian then it might be time for you to open your eye. Real shamewe will see.....its none of yr concern.
Good initiative by India, but then again which type of satelitte are we talking about here? Is it communication satellite or ? Since India doesn't have a reliable/operational heavy rocket which can launch communication satellites, so I guess this SARCC satelitte wont be a comm satelitte or of it is,will it be launch by Ariane 5 which is where India has been launching all its commercial SATs so far. Even if that was the case its still a food project/initiative by India for regional development and coopeeatiin. Hopefully other countries will learn to cooperate together /join this project, even of its launched from French Guiana by ESA, building the satellite is what matters most.
internet , these are my long time collectionMan where did you get these images from
Stop your gutter mouth you Mader****. This discussion is about SAARC satellite, if you want to live in fools paradise, no one is going to tell you, but you chutiya are not a Pakistan spoke person so stop talking about all your country. If pakistan want to use the service of satellite you are welcome, if not you can pay for the transponder as usual to China, french, etc. But do not bring your moronic mind and religion and stop name calling.O hindu! why is this concerning for u in first place? I have made it very clear to u that its a matter of National security, plus we are satisfied with what we have!
You are very funny and very intellectual person Sir.......I had never seen you talking angrily with anyone...internet , these are my long time collection
Bro forget about Pakistan and BD, they have their own issues with national pride and anti-India sentiment (you can see that here) if they want to cut off their nose to spite their face so be it. For the other SAARC nations like Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka this will gesture will be very warmly received and a great boost for them.Too bad for Bangladesh-but then, ground stations of Paksat 1R were imported too.So cheer up.

The French will launch the Satellite for now,but our own heavy rocket is coming up in a few years time
Nopes, this is probably a communication satellite. We would only know of the launcher when specification of satellite comes out.Gslv mk2 can launch a satellite weighing <= 2200kg,I believe higher payloads are possible.
