The problem is that Qhaher is not real but the S-300 is. And if much older 1950s Soviet SAMS have downed F-16's then good luck with the S-300. How did that Turkish F-4 do?

Much older Soviet SAMs have downed scores of Tornado fighters as well as many other aircraft. By your logic everything is "crap", the F-22 is crap, the Tornado is crap, everything that has malfunctioned is crap according to you.

It is idiotic to believe wars are won in 21st century with outdated shit like this. You need no rocket to stop the iranian nuclear program or to sabotage it. Its good for russia to earn some money though. But S300 could not stop StuxNet nor did it safe iranian scientists or prevent mysterious explosions inside iranian nuclear facilities.

Yet many countries keep developing such "outdated" technology. One weapons system does not win a war, it is when everything is put together. The S-300 is just one weapons system, a weapons system that is easily capable of shooting down virtually any aircraft. If Iran were weaker it would have been bombed long ago, there is obviously fear that Iran can hit back.

Not every f-16 is the same. The subsystems the jet has makes it a good jet or a bad jet. Those s-300 can have good luck against a f-16 with the newest gen sub-systems. Greece has s-300 and Turkish f-16 jams that crap with ease and renders it useless. Turkey even bought 1 s-300 from Belarus for testing purposes.

S 300 which are placed in Kaliningrad and Belarus are seen as the biggest threat in Baltics and Here you are talking about Iran.
