S-400 delivery has been made to turkey by Russia. The system is already in Turkey. So what ever comes next will come from USA. The ball is in USA court now

China first buyer is somewhere around 2018... India around 2020 and Turkey... mostly around 2022 max... ( if we are optimistic... maybe India around 2019 and Turkey around 2021...)

Playing enough... in the time scale of a nation... like Turkey... it's at least 10-15 years ( a mega ultra optimistic time range, with no unstability neither major "internal" conflicts... and if everyone start to work at full speed with unlimited funds...) But in reality it's at least 2 decades+

A very strong national aerial protection connected with national radar family and electronic support/attack systems whose codes solely belong to our state will be enough to provide deterrence enough to shock hostile states to keep them away from our interests in crises times and Turkey is on right track to set own independence in this field. It actually means that a country like Turkiye which may cause a headache to Western policies in mid and long term, is going out of control on the eye of USA so they memorize the “good” old days when they decided how many units we were allowed to purchase or what products we can’t order or If we become a good boy, What will we allowed to purchase additionally. In past, we mostly shut our mouths although we don’t share same view with USA policies but we started to talk adverse to what USA does in our region in parallel to advancement of our industry and economy. Too much reason USA is moaning to What Turkey does at present. Our industry needs 10-15 years more to be more active and independent to be as sufficient as a French, then Turkish Republic will be a game changer and technology ruler in own region determining the limits of own systems that Noone has any idea about.

Plus the argument of that woman is pretty retarded. She says we would give russia information on the stealth capablities of the F-35 because we boought the S-400, what?!. First of all russia most likely already has that information and second we would shoot ourselve in the foot by giving away our own fighters secrets to one of our historic enemies. Huh? Israel's radars are in Israel, not in Turkey. The US' radars are all over Europe, on their ships and in the US.
