Thats what happens when you follow up Clue less Articles with No Authentic sourceBut pity that U still havent been involved in core program and whole show is more or less being exclusively run by Russia itself.
A JV where IAF needs permission for its pilots to fly it? Where on the world of JVs that happens?

The F-35 partners were not allowed even that.
Both British and Norwegian pilots have:
we are leval 1 partners so its obivousBoth British and Norwegian pilots have:
That's an American F-35.
They've been training on USMC F-35s too:
So yes, F-35 partners have been allowed that.
Yeah that Why HAL Nasik Facility Churning Out 12 Sukhoi 30 Mki Each Year. That's Its Self Is Slap on your Face ItselfIts important to understand PAK FA is on track and will be a threat .Also one has to realize Russians thinking towards Indians as Indian report tried to malign the aeroplane itself .I do wonder IAF is on agenda on Western system as author in the end quoted some examples which are literally a slap on the face of Indians but anyways this plan might not end up in India reason IAF tilt towards western systems

IAF Never bound To Fly T-50 the JV is About building Indian Specific Prototype FGFA that what's missed its Date (Russians Punctuality Offcourse)
Yeah that Why HAL Nasik Facility Churning Out 12 Sukhoi 30 Mki Each Year. There hasn't been a single prototype of FGFA.
How delusional are the Indians who claim India is "about to" buy squadrons of the same.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhoi/HAL_FGFAI was just quoting a well reputed Indian source...or wait....it isnt? If it aint then why so many Indian members are quoting this very source off and on? But none the less coming to the topic: As a matter of fact there is not much between T-50 and FGFA when it comes to basic air frame and stealth characteristic related to design, FGFA is India version of T-50 or I shud say upgraded version of T-50. U can make changes to T-50 and make it FGFA only when U fly it. In short and the main crux is:
"India's Hindustan Aeronatics Limited (HAL) is to build the Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA), a derivative of the Sukhoi T-50, in India."
Says a very reputable source:
http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/india/mca.htm
Also plz note that we keep on hearing that:
"In December 2015 Russia made a new offer on the delivery of Sukhoi T-50 (PAK FA) fighter jets to India. Under the new offer, India would have to pay $3.7 billion, instead of $6 billion, for the technological know-how and three prototypes of PAK FA fighters. But the Indian Air Force (IAF) remains opposed to the idea. A senior IAF official said, “We are not in favour of the FGFA. The PAK FA fighter is too expensive at even this rate, and we are not sure of its capabilities.”
I really dont know how FGFA has become cost effective and also accepted by IAF in just few months.
Plz note that I really am not engaging in some Vs or intended bashing thing. Am just connecting the missing strings as per available info and i acknowledge that U surely have more info than me.
Peace

India Recently Buys 45 Mig-29k From Russia Itself It on Way for Buying More For our Future Carrier Requirements

Really if Since Its derivative of the Sukhoi T-50 why Its Required Redesign and Preliminary Design Contract
The Sukhoi/HAL Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA) or Perspective Multi-role Fighter (PMF)
The completed FGFA will include a total of 43 improvements over the T-50, including stealth, supercruise, advanced sensors, networking and combat avionics
Two separate prototypes will be developed, one by Russia and a separate one by India. I Accept Program is out of Schedule

Sukhoi 35 is derivative of Sukhoi 27 that Does not Make both Aircraft Same
https://www.rt.com/business/330026-india-russia-fighter-aircraft/
It Was Reported in 12 march 2016
Russia and India have agreed on a contract for research and development work (R&D) on the joint Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft (FGFA), which will be signed in the coming months.

PS: Western Arms Lobbies are very Power Full Specially In Media Projecting But the Reality
Is India Still buying Russian Fighters we Churning out MKI's at rate of 12 per year
We buy 45 mig-29K and Certainly buy More For our Carrier requirements in future
http://www.ibtimes.co.in/russia-willing-supply-more-mig-jets-ins-vishal-664307
The plane the IAF is buying is the FGFA, they are NOT part of the T-50/PAK-FA project and thus would need permission to fly in the PAK-FA. If India was part of the PAK-FA project then this would be news but they are NOT. The PAK-FA is a Russian project, the FGFA is an Indo-Russian project.A JV where IAF needs permission for its pilots to fly it? Where on the world of JVs that happens?
The phase-2 FGFA contract will be signed in the next 4-6 weeks, already India has provided $300m for phase-1 design/development.There hasn't been a single prototype of FGFA.
How delusional are the Indians who claim India is "about to" buy squadrons of the same.
*16-18/year for as long as the FGFA is not in production ie until at least 2024.Yeah that Why HAL Nasik Facility Churning Out 12 Sukhoi 30 Mki Each Year. That's Its Self Is Slap on your Face Itself

I wouldn't have thought so, if the IN was interested they'd have ordered more MiG-29Ks by now. They are postioning themselves for a large Rafale-M order IMHO.We buy 45 mig-29K and Certainly buy More For our Carrier requirements in future
lolz even you dont feel little shame typing this .Any ways i will start with this HAL is the worst performing manufacturing facility in the world .SU30 are mostly in parts ans HAL is doing a shity thing assembling it .REgarding topic PAK FA there are no chances for Indians to acquire this jet as already too many dissatisfied reports are done by your expersts so weather they are in competent or corrupt .MIG 29 to UBL upgrade proved to be a biggest scam Russians did to you ,India paid all the development cost so yea it was a brave decision after all . Some other deals which Indians already have done so farYeah that Why HAL Nasik Facility Churning Out 12 Sukhoi 30 Mki Each Year. That's Its Self Is Slap on your Face Itself
