This is a electro-optical tv guided bomb and not like other are talking about GPS. So again russian are weak with pinpoint accurase. Pilot is aiming to the building and not other side of the building.

Like the AGM maverick only no rocket engine. You can see the camera front of the bomb.

Codes can be inserted during flight too. Seems thats how Russian satellite bombs are working: first u drop and see where it falls then u make corrections.
