Thank you once again. I am really grateful.

Don't suppose working nights like I do is an option....:undecided:

LOL.

That is, sadly, not an option; that is a fact of life. It is not about insomnia. It is just that when a person suffering from OSA falls asleep, his throat muscles slacken, and if he is unfortunate enough to have a narrow trachea, the sides meet and obstruct the passage of air. He literally chokes, and wakes up because his brain is starved of oxygen. So, night or day, falling asleep means choking awake.

. .
I already know that. I am woken from a fitful sleep every two hours or so. Look at my posts for the last twelve hours.

What can I do? I can't sleep, I wake up choking.
Maybe you should sleep in a different enviroment and have some lavender tea. I hope it helps

who cares
The point of this experiment was to see if they can enhance a soldier's fighting performance but that gas created monsters

Have you considered CPAP, Sir?

. . .
You will find it quite effective in alleviating your issues.

Short of the Canadians who have experimented with cold laser surgery of the back of the palate, scooping out a larger entrance to the trachea (but not helping with the muscular relaxation problem of the trachea at all), this is about the only thing that doctors believe might help.

This too requires adjustment at periodic intervals. I am not sure why.

There is a multivitamin with a brand called better sleep.... basically it's serotonin which helps you have good sleep without interruption... not a sleeping pill just a multivitamin.... it also gives you a good glow when you wake up next morning.... hope I was helpful.
