This will reduce the leverage Arab countries have in Pakistan.

Literally no route to export to their friends India..and Middle Eastern countries such as Syria, Jordan, Lebanon etc which do not produce their own oil. A distribution center in Balochistan may cause tectonic shifts in regional politics..with many GCC countries ending up on our enemy side..

In 1950s Pakistan was on the opposing side of Egypt in the Suez Canal War because in the words of FM Marker, "Arabs were too useless for their own self" and then in 1970 we switched sides and became vassals of arab masters..

No I didn't, you just didn't read my post properly. And No, it is not called nuclear fission or nuclear fusion -- these have been made too complicated and destructive. The source of energy needs to be "straight forward", "widely applicable", and "free". Only then it would revolutionise.

Normalize ties with India to an extent of non hostility if not alliance or friendship, And get closer to Russia and Iran in this region. And get rid of USA and its Arab Allies. Cease immidietly support to all Militant groups that are only trouble and no joy.
With a non-hostile India means Non-Hostile Afghanistan, A Secured Iran border and non-hostile Iran we have friendly neighbors all around. Russia as a major Defense partner and China as a major economic Partner. Imagine the potential Pakistan can reach. Plus add Turkey the all weather Ally of Pakistan also a rising regional Power.
Just Get rid of Yankees and Arabs once and for all and join the Independent countries Self interest perusing countries. The sooner we accept this reality, the better.

Very excellent and realistic post. But sadly, your GHQ will not do what is right, and written above. They want to act like a super power and when the consequences start to show up, they fool your people by saying "American is pushing blame of Afghan defeat on us". Urals is a light medium-sour crude popular with the NW European and Mediterranean refiners. Urals is normally sold at a minor ( about 50 cents) discount off the bench mark Brent whereas Brent is on the average $2.00 per bbl more expensive than the price of Omani crude.

Hon. Azad Pakistan has already outlined export routes of Russian crudes. Nearest Russian export terminals to Pakistan are in the Black Sea at the distance of some 4,800 nautical miles (5,500 miles) via Suez. It would take about 20 days sailing at the normal oil tanker speed of 10 knots. Whereas Ras Tenura (Saudi Arabia) is less than 5 days sailing time from Karachi. Mid East crudes such as Oman and Upper Zakum of comparable quality are cheaper and located virtually next door; hence the flow of Urals into Asia has been rare until a couple of years ago.

Ever since 400,000 bpd Essar Refinery at Vadinar signed a10 year supply agreement with Rosnaft in 2015 where Rosnaft agreed to suppy 10-million tons per annum crude (200 K bpd) for 10 years; India has been importing crude oil from Russia. Have heard that Reliance (World’s largest oil refinery) has also been sporadically importing Ural.
After the $12.9-billion deal signed in August 2017, Vadinar refinery has come under direct of Rosnaft.

In my opinion; since export of Russian crude in Europe is restricted due to sanctions, Russia is seeking to take a share in the growing East of Suez oil market. However this will eat into the share of Arab Gulf oil producers.

Due to Pakistan’s close relations with the Saudi Arabia; we will have to wait and see if this really happens.
