In any case how is the Russian military on the decline when military spending has been rising each year?

How is Russia on the decline if it is developing new stealth aircraft?

How is Russia on the decline when they are inducting SU-34's for SEADs and SU-35's for air superiority?

How are they on the decline if they condinue to produce new avionics including AESA, and new generation engines?

How are they on the decline when the Navy is inducting new warships and submarines and will continue to induct more this includes building up to six aircraft carriers?

How are they on the decline when they just conducted an exercise with 20,000 troops and dozens of aircraft as well as naval vesels, btw China came to watch this so called declining military.

How are they on the decline when they will start inducing new naval aircraft next year?

How are they on the decline when S-400 SAMs are coming into service?

How is Russia on the decline when they took over Georgia in five days? The Georgians btw, had alot of western equipment and they were trained by the US marines. The biggest problem Russia had in the Georgian conflict was lack of UAV's and because of it they they had some friendly fire, they also could have avoided aircraft losses from ground fire. But they now solved this problem.

There is much more but i'm not going to waste any more of my time on you.

Funny how new equipment, better traing, and more money eqates to a decline.

It was one of the attempts to create a fifth-generation tank. As far as we know recently in Russia was created another tank which is entirely consistent with fifth-generation parameters, but this parameters still classified.

^^^ thats more than enough to deter the enemy my friend. Inflatable devices have been used since WW2. For example, during the D-day preparations the Allies used Inflatables ( tanks, jeeps, ships) to make it look like they were prepping to invade Pas de Calais. So when the German recon planes saw these inflatables they were deceived thus confirming to the Furher that the invasion would be at Pas de Calias and Normandy. And guess what? The germans bought it, out nearly all thier strength at Pas de Calais and the allies invaded Normandy sucessfully. Never doubt inflatables.....
