NATO strike failed to hit anything except one empty building, that was checked by OPCW inspectors few months before and confirmed to be free of any chemical weapon equipment. There is no need of 100 missiles to destroy that building, 10-15 is enough.
The pupopse of S-400 and other Russian systems is protection of Russian bases, no one attacked them.
How could Russian-origin defences fail to stop aforementioned strikes, when these strikes failed horribly in the first place and never hit anything?

The Kurds also had American weapons. Terrorist forces supported by the US in Syria also has US weapons. Not very effective if you ask me.
