As APC you should look at the BTR-82A. The price of the machine was about 200 000 dollars for Kazakhstan. This is a very cheap machine with a 30mm autocannon 2A72.
If you have a lot of money, then the APC Boomerang ready. True, and its price is expensive, about 800 000 dollars. I do not think that your economy will be able to match the price.
