Oh it is a very good & calculated move.
Them and Russians will torment and badger NATO & US.
They know the beast is weak these days and cannot sustain any power projection.
They know Biden is in a fix, and Trump will be useful in that condition.

At most, China and Russia will reset the thresholds and set a new order.

That's great but that's not what China has done in the past. I'm wondering if Biden is the main reason for this change in policy.

China has been conducting maritime safety exercises around the Gulf of Aden and Gulf of Oman for over a decade. This is the third time joint exercises were hold in combination with Russia and Iran.

These exercises are scheduled months and years ahead, this one in August last year, and have nothing to do with the U.S.A. laying fire in Europe and pushing Ukraine and nearby countries into a conflict with Russia.

China should have strong presence in Arabian sea. It's a major energy route of the world.

Or strengthen Pakistani navy so in case of Indian misadventure, Pakistan navy can secure energy lines to China.
