How can turkish authorities be so careless in such volatile situation when there is a civil war just across border.

This is un acceptable on part of turks.
This is not CIA or mossad or Shit. This is plain neglegance.
Even in Terrorism hit Pakistan where president hinself was targeted twice such event never happened.

Like I said, a lot of officials dislike constant security. A lot of them value their privacy and some alone time, it was possible that the ambassador refused to bring a security guard because he wanted to enjoy the art alone. The police officer saw him,recognized him and in the heat of the moment shot him in the head. It would explain what he said afterwards.

But how can Ankara police allow RUSSIAN embassidor to move without fool proof security in such time?
Syrian situation is even worse then Afghanistan currently. And Russia and Turkeybare active balligerants in that region.

Imagine Indian Embassidor being Assasinated in Islamabad or Pakistani Embassidor in Delhi.

This is not acceptable bro. Turkey is way above this level of professional competence in Diplomstic security.
