It is not a civil war. Both were proxy wars created by NATO to subvert two of the three politically progressive governments in the Muslim-majority world. The third country being Algeria.

Libya was even bombarded from the sea and air by NATO for months and NATO special forces massacred Libyan citizens.

Both Syria and Libya were / are invaded by tens of thousands of terrorists from all over the world and supported politically, militarily and financially by NATO.

I don't know much about Syrian economy before the war but I do know that Syria and Turkey were trading partners.

Why will Assad supporters kill their own returning country people fully knowing that NATO is waiting for an excuse to make a case in the UNO Security Council for full scale invasion ? Something of this sort occurred when NATO accused Assad of using chemical weapons.

The only country with a growing Christian population in the M.E, is Israel. They aren't leaving, they aren't surviving - they're THRIVING.

Many people forget Christianity is indigenous to the M.E and pre-dates Islam. For some reason many view it as a 'western' imported religion.

So can the US's occupation of Syrian Kurdistan turn into another "Afghanistan" for the US? because all the occupations cost....we are exiting Afghanistan....and then sending more somewhere else? Trump said he would draw down US troops from the Middle East, and on the NET, he hasn't done that, he just shuffled them around, moved them in and out, at different times, in different ways, for different reasons...(he pulled 11K troops out of Germany today, and something tells me those Germans aren't regretting that withdrawal)

No. Hagi Sophia should be built in a muslim country. As a muslim government converted a church into a mosque so it is necessary for the Hagi Sophia to be built in a muslim majority land as a sign of retaliation.
