Description

On 14 November 2014 discussion Draft Bill № 652294-6 was registered at the State Duma, the Lower House of the Russian Parliament. The draft proposes to ban the sale to foreigners of any gold extracted from Russian territory.

In the Russian Federation laws must be approved on three readings by the State Duma, subsequently approved by the Council of the Federation, the Upper House of the Russian Parliament, and finally by the Russian President before they enter into force.

Fort Knox has most of the US Gold Reserves.
The foreign held gold reserves are in NYC at the NY Fed.

Try reading the article I linked and it will tell you the shipments so far. That was from like 9 months ago.
