Tu-160 were still been built in 93-94. I am talking about Tu-16 - the predecessor of Tu-160. It has quite big potential of modernization, but they decided to retire it.

yeah they (USA) technical experts do check time to time there were no air refueling probes on Tu-22M, just like they check Russian old ICBM dismantling program

and Russia didn't break START-1 treaty that's includes Tu-22M refueling probes issue

Who are you to say that they are entering and checking Russian military hardware and same goes for USA Russian inspectors checking US military hardware to oblige START 1 treaty
