Russia Shares Kabul's Concerns Over US-Taliban Talks

Talks should be held between groups which have the ability to ensure compliance.

The mayor of Kabul and his supporters can huff and puff, but the force on the ground. i.e. USA, already knows who the real power brokers are.

But the first failed one is Common Afgan people, who like every people in the world deserves to be live in peace and harmony.

And they failed miserably..

There are spirtual and ideological links between them, no differences , you can call them Taliban but it is also a fact that their organizational structure, recruitment centres and relationship with ISI is distinct from Afghan taliban of helmand and kanadhar.....haqqani network is highly centralized group...i know this because people from my area fights in Afghanistan on plateform of haqqani network.

All the drones are carried out in waziristan. Most of them are against haqqani network and foriegn militants under its folds. Some are carried out against other groups like hafiz gul bahadur group , maulvi nazir group and TTP.

Why Afghan governament is not an entity in peace talks? High peace council is appointed by karzai.
There are four entities and all of them must involve to make the negotiations successful.
1- Taliban
2- America
3- Afghan governament
4- Pakistan (daddy of haqqani network).

Karzai govt is not entity to the issue for its NOT The govt but Karzai who is sabotaging talks everytime for his Personal politics.

2. When Pakistan was facilitating talks between the three, Karzai was all crying loud not liking it.

3. When Pakistan pulled back its facilitation role then Karzai came crying again telling the world that Pakistan was NOT interested in facilitating the talks.

4. Earlier Karzai wanted only himself and US to talk to Taliabn when Taliban refused to trust Karzai then US also started looking for direct talks. And now once agains Karzai has a problem.

5. HPC is appointed by him but do you think they are NOT going to work for talks? but yes only if they have some personal agenda then we can say they will toe Karzai's line.

Anyway Afghanistan's people need peace. enough is enough. All communities of Afghanistan should be accomodated and give people peace.

The US should ignore Karzai if they want negotiation with Taliban, they are leaving at the end of next year and Afghans will solve their problem so why does US care about Karzai?. Talibans hate Karzai so US doesn't have any choice but make negotiations or leave. They know they'll take over again..
