Russia Ready to Fulfill Prospective Projects in Pakistan - Putin

Russia is looking to regain some of its Soviet Era prestige as is evident from Russia's recent overtures and in some cases use of force against countries with whom Russia wants to redraw its relationship. I would say its high time that Pakistan should drop its cold war apprehension about Russia and move towards better relations with the Russians. They represent a strong regional player it would be in our best interest to lay the foundation of a new relationship with them.

Russia can help Pakistan in developing SLV and also on Power....

Technically they could help us develop a lot of stuff, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it just yet.

Putin supports Pak for SCO.

And cooperation in defence,economy,energy etc.

If this continues I should be able to visit Saint Petersburg for some break sometime this year or something
