Business folks are clever!! They go by the total strength of the Pak economy (=30% official + 70% un-official)!!! Some folks jump at seeing the 30% while comparing with their manipulated one!!! And, they (supported by the usual suspects) open threads after threads to feel good while working through their menial jobs with rudimentary consumption capability (one tenth of Pak for transportation, housing, consumer goods etc.)...

Does Pakistani energy sector ( especially on supply side) really need another 14 billion dollars investment ? Isn't production capacity already much more than demand?

It wasn’t directly India, it was their planted RAW agent Nawaz Sharif, he was deliberating keeping the foreign ministry and not doing anything. It Pakistani army who came to defend Pakistan when haramkhor Nawaz Sharif could not even mentioned kulbhushan jadhav Name.
