Well you are the one who is saying ISIS is contained. So why not you should answer the question. As far as I know US Generals want more troops in Afghanistan Mosul is still in ISIS control and Pakistan Russia and Iran are pushing into Afghanistan south and west. If it was not for Pakistan Iran and Russia there would have been a hell for USA in Afghanistan with ISIS moving in on USA from all directions. USA should consider on moving out and Leaving the security of Afghanistan in the capable hands of Pakistan Russia and Iran. Instead of corrupt US generals.

Oh but i already did refute it. What more than the fact that its always Pakistan and not India that world powers come to whether to bring Taliban to the table or discuss the ISIS threat in Afghanistan. If I maybe blunt India is nothing more than a nuisance in Afghanistan. You are there because of Uncle Sam. Otherwise India is neither needed nor warranted when it comes to Afghanistan for the reasons already mentioned. You have no stake there. Period

Pakistan allows big players to use it. Unfortunately the only ones who benefit are the governments as people like you who stay suffer as a result of it.

Sir the big economy like India is not quoted by the US officer as being effected in Afghanistan so that means small economy like Pakistan is a global Player.

Today, ANA stand strong, under the patronage of US army and weapons supply route... via Karachi port, under agreement signed by Yousaf Reza Gilani.
Threat of uprising of Iranian loyalists mafia in Pakistan and classic threat of 700-800K Indian army.
Pakistan, suerly have slept over all these threats.

brother you are right to the extent that this us really the afghan and NDS mentality ...
but whereas afghan army is concerned you are sadly misinformed . It is the most useless force there is. Don't read Pakistani reports but read reports of u.s missions , intellgence and surveys . Afghan army consists of 3 lac soldiers out of which 1.5 lac are ghost soldiers and the corrupt army officials take their salaries . They supply their weapons to the taliban and ISIS because of their secret affiliation and ties to them .
there are so many causalities in the army in year 2016 that cannot be counted because they are not we'll trained . Some new recruits were inducted and send to war after 3 months training .
they beg u.s forces to take action against taliban . U.S forces tell that after every attack , the ANA begs for air strikes in which mostly civilians die due to their poor intellgence.
they even sell empty shells of bullets which is made of copper , then demand for more bullets . When asked where they have used all the bullets , they claim they have used against taliban , but in real they fire the bullets in air to get copper from used bullets to sell .
their soldiers , those who go for training in u.s.a , ran from u.s facility to apply for asylum . Their first female fighter pilot , applied for asylum in u.s.

their intellegence agency is mainly focused on anti Pakistan activities . Even in this state of disorder they are not ready to cease animosity with Pakistan.

55percent of afghanistan is under taliban control . The ANA cannot fight taliban during spring offensive , so they are trying to kill them during winter ceasefire , getting attacked in return .
the reality has completely changed now , that's why Russia, china and iran have changed their policies , knowing who the real party in afghanistan is . Not the puppet government who cannot protect kabul . As soon as u.s leaves the government falls .
even the afghan government is ready to talks because deep down they themselves know this the only solution . But they wanted to kill /weaken them and then talk . which they don't have guts .
the sooner the u.s and its lap dog India realize the reality the better. I think India would change it's policy after Russian regional meeting and become neutral .

One thing is for certain though, India wont sit back and allow Pakistan to do any misadventure in Afghanistan with our investments there. And frankly given our military conflict history, Pakistan would do well to not escalate the issue.

We arent needed in afganistan but we want to be in afganistan which gives us a platform to launch proxies in pakistan. The advantage of this is ISI doesnt gets a free hand inside india anymore

Pakistan is good friend of USA and good friends always point out faults in their friends, like "occupation is immoral". Pakistan, Iran, China and central asians need to worry about rising ISIS presence in Afg, even with NATO's presence there. We need a regional effort comprising of regional countries and Taliban to stamp out ISIS.

Russia, Pakistan and China already looking into this type of situation in Afghanistan.

After killing several hundred thousand people in Iraq Afghanistan and in syria, US is no different then other butcher countries even worse.
