Russia-Pak tango gives India jitters

What do you think Does US,China,Israel,Turkey and Russia want that the conflict between Pakistan and India should continue in every sphere so that they could sell their wepons to these countries indirectly benifiting from the traditional rivalry ?
I thought When both countries went nuclear we would see the rivalry dimnishing But unfortunately it has exceeded and thus opening an arms race which would only benifit other countries ?

The truth is no one cares for what happens to another country. All others do is make sympathetic noises & make money on the side. Today if the economy is strong you are on pigs back ( Eg : KSA, Japan- they have little to worry coz others worry for them).

Its each man for himself in the international arena.

As rgds us, we are a unique set of ppl who cannot do with each other & cannot do without each other.Squabbling comes naturally to us & shall carry on till someday the younger generation gives us a kick into reality. They need to show us a balance sheet on what we have achieved & lost over the 60 + yrs & where we will / can be if we carry on this way & if we changed our approaches to life & each other. Provided of course the fundamentalists on both sides don't get them first.

Both of us have some common probs, some diff & unique to each other - mostly self inflicted.

Nukes were not meant to change anything. It may have been a Pk perception that nukes would bring parity. These weapons apply only to common areas of concern not the "diff to each other " variety.



What Nukes in S Asia have done is to blow the bottom out of hold the 5 erst while nuclear powers had on the weapon system & technology thats all. Besides this nothing has changed.
