Actually it Russia telling you and your patron to change course vis-a-vis Afghanistan,but probably that is too hard to get through your head.

Insult is felt by those who have honour . The puppet Kabul regime is the extension of Americans. Afghanistan do need regime change.

On what basis you are making this assumption? You think Russia will back American sponsored regime in Kabul? Do you not feel it odd that your country is discussed yet you are not even invited? Strange behaviour I must say!
