What is according to NATO is not what is teh reality.
You need to understand the difference btn full time bombers and ground attack aircrafts.

and before that dont go by WIKI.

1. Bombers can be configured as ground attack aircraffts but ground attacks aircrafts cant be. like A10 thunderbolt, which is not a bomber.
2. Current ground attack aircrafts are very less. You have One Russian ground attack craft, and no where else.
3. Most ground attack aircraft job is to support foot soldiers in thetrical conditions.
4. You have mainly helos now a days to support ground attack, which carries ATGMs and guns. and soke laser guided bombs.

Now, from above analysis what makes you think Su34 fullback is a ground attack fighter and not a bomber.

A bomber primary role is to bomb once airsuperiority is achived. Both ground attack and bomber play side by side to support ground forces and destroy enemy defences.
