Russia can produce 20 NEW tanks a month (T-90M obrig. 2022) and upgrade 30-50 T-72 to T-72B3M (obrig. 2022 but 2 different variants) and T-80B/BV to T-80BVM a month.
US has 3.450 M1A1 & M1A2 Abrams in STORAGE and in GOOD condition, 2.645 in active service (M1A1 SA, M1A2 SEPv2, M1A2 SEPv3)
US could NOW - in PEACE production if it's nessecary - produce 30 NEW MBTs a month, the first 2 years, later they could double the amount (still peace time production) and reopen 2nd plant where you can double - 120 a month then.
