there are at the moment 11 Mig 29 at the Goa base . if you land there around noon you can see them out of their hangers . i saw a Tejas there too on my last visit to Goa . dont know if its a naval version .

Not sure of future. As of now the LCA Naval is a trainer aircraft. Tentative details are as follows. Is a bit outdated. Not sure how accurate the numbers shown here are.The Heli's will most likely be Dhruvs.

There are no aircraft with aesa except the US ones in the world. French has started receiving aesa in 2010.

Mig 29 is indeed a very leathat aircraft, but the question is, how long we need to operate them from INS Hansa?
