Did Ukraine let all the tatars back when they controlled Crimea? Why should tatars now be loyal to Ukraine?

Anyway, I'm simply speculating as an outsider. If someone were to relate Kashmir to this situation, Pakistan should do exactly what Russia did and expel occupying Indians and allow Kashmir to be independent inhabited by Kashmiris, or merge with Pakistan, as they themselves desire.

I don't see how Ukraine are seen as somehow holding a monopoly on Tatar interests.

Nobody said the analogy was perfect but I actually related the Russians to the Pakistanis for carrying out an act of liberation. Now if Russia allows tatars to return and kicks Ukrainians out, great. That should be the exact moral template Pakistan should follow.

Step 1: invade occupied Kashmir and expel Indian forces and settlers from Indian mainland.

Step 2: recall all Kashmiris expelled/imprisoned by the Indian state.

Step 3: let Kashmiris choose either independence or to remain with Pakistan.

Russia responds when it is called by ethnic cousins to liberate its borderlands under foreign occupation. Indians should take note and Pakistan should feel justified in following this example.
