Its not about just money, its also able gaining political advantage position while at the same time reclaim back land belong both to Pakistan and China. US will never involved in Kashmir war. First the geographical is disadvantage to US for combat. If india collapse, do US has any serious problem? No.... US and western are now good in lip service.
