What's new

Rupee extends big fall, nears 56 mark, Will the Rafale Deal game over?

Are u retard? it doesn't matter if the deal is signed by INR, but so sorry that the DEAL is signed in USD. it's a BIG problem

Because India Rupee will never recover, keep falling

Due to India HIGH DEBT, HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT, HIGH INFLATION, HUGE TRADE DEFICIT, HIGH FISCAL DEFICIT (Gov's expend more than income) ...terrible!! haha

it was 10.4 billion in Aug ($43 Rupee/1$US) in 2011,
now it is 14 billions (56 Rupee/1$US) in 2012

:cry::cry:

Again you can keep parading your infinite stupidity about economics, but the fact is INR ..because of being semi regulated currency had its crests and troughs, every few years.

Indian rupee came down to 56 against US dollar and again went up to almost 53 now its 57 it will again go up^....up down up down but our defence spending will never go down......wet dreams are bad for health u all need consult ur doctors...

2012 India a new Huge Trade Deficit Record is making!

The India Rupee Falling Trend 43---> 46---> 48----> 51-------> 53 -------------> 56

wow...so terrible poor :lol::lol:

. . . .
The thing he is trying to say is that

in August 2011 10.4 billion USD = 447 billion INR
and now it approx 583 Billion INR

a total difference of 135 billion INR.

But future is one thing you cannot hope for better , iexchange ratee may go up and may go further down.

I think this Exchange rate difference is not going to make any differnce for this defence deal.

But lets see one cannot be certain unless and until is been signed................

I sometimes fail to infer anything meaningful from the wet dreams of the Pakistanis.Firstly they seem to be more than overenthusiastic about the Rafael deal than we Indian's just like they take more pride in the rise of China and Chinese development rather than their own (If there is any at all!!).Lastly,earlier as well there had been similar posts on how .[/B]

wake up, the Rafale Deal is not final Yet. But Rupee Keep Falling OH POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man this guy has serious pshycological problem....hi's on trolling spree....there are tones of articles in net which shows chinese economy in bad light...

There are things you should know,

1. When a currency can depreciate rapidly, it can also appreciate at the same pace.
2. When a major deal, such as this signed, the entire amount in not handed over lump sump but the over the period of the entire deal..spanning decade or more.
3. As the world economy recovers from the current depression, so will Indian economy, and INR will appreciate.
4.As deal will be signed in USD or Euro and not INR, so if one installment is paid, when exchange rate is 56 ..next installment might be paid when exchange rate is 50 or 45 ..and so on, so forth.

I disagree with your point #1.

The Indian Rupee has consistently fallen in value for DECADES.

Fifteen years ago, the exchange rate was 33 Indian Rupees per U.S. dollar. It is now at 56 Rupees per dollar. The Rupee has lost almost half of its value.
