Sikh have a very special status in India. Hindus know there importance and have given them disproportionately larger space in Indian society.

I have said it before and I will say it again, Sikhs are quite happy in India and will never rebel and Pakistanis should drop this obsession with Sikh due to misguided supposed ethnic kinship.
