There is no uppercaste Muslim in Islam. May be in some local fabricated Indian version of Islam but not in Islam that we know and follow. Not in Islam that we knew from Prophet days.

A north Indian Urdu speaking Muslim always call a Hyderabadi Muslim as Madrasi. So, not alone Hindu caste/tribe system, many more prejudices. Muslims have less unity because most of them are not unitary in culture and race - As far as India is considered.

FAIZABAD, UP: Dubbing the campaign as ‘Ghar Wapsi’ or ‘homecoming’, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) activists succeed in persuading Muslims not to follow Islam and convert them to Hinduism.


According to Scroll.in reports, at two instances, at least 43 Muslim people, including women and children converted into Hinduism in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh.

On April 23, nineteen Muslims were reverted to Hinduism and on May 20, nearly two dozen more Muslims were converted.

All converts who left Islam and accepted Hinduism belong to Ambedkar Nagar district. The crowd includes women and children as well.

According to Scroll.in reports, on April 23, 19 Muslims were converted and on May 20, nearly two dozen more all of them Muslims were converted.

To avoid any controversy, both sets of conversions was done in a very secretive manner at an Aryasamaj Temple.

Surendra Kumar, an RSS worker in Ambedkar Nagar district was the organizer of the ceremony belonged to the Nat community which is listed as a scheduled caste in UP said it could e easy for him to convince Muslim members of the community “about the risk of continuing to follow Islam,” adding, “and the benefits they might get by becoming Hindus.”

“I had been working on them for several years, but once Yogiji became the chief minister, convincing them that they could live without fear…if they converted to Hinduism became easier for me.”

Himanshu Tripathi, the manager of the Arya Samaj Mandir said that he was in contact with almost 100 Muslims who would be leaving Islam to get converted to Hinduism “in due course”.

“We have successfully accomplished two events of ghar wapasi after Yogiji became the Chief Minister,” Tripathi said. “I am in touch with about 100 more Muslims who have shown inclination to get back to Hinduism. You will hear of more such cases in the time to come.”

Tripathi insisted that all those, who were converted to Hindu religion, left Islam without being lured.

“Though Surendra Kumar brought these Muslims to the temple and I organised ghar wapasi ceremonies, there was no element of force in it,” he said. “We organised ghar wapasi because they expressed their desire to become Hindus.”

Let me tell you something. In temples for becoming a priest you need to pass a course of duration(3-5) years and then only you can serve in all big and important temples across the country.

And the students who enrol in the course are admitted based on quota system. FC, BC, MBC, SC and ST students enrol in the course, and they do poojas in temple. Now they look the same, cos for doing poojas in temples you are supposed to have long hairs, ear pierced, and not have a beard... Already lots of other castes are officiliating in INdian temples.

In temples of rural areas, Brahmins are not available (Most brahmins are populated in Urban areas). So the local people do poojas by themselves after learning all vedic stuffs. Sometimes its hereditary. For example Though I am not a brahmin, my caste requires me to have certain practises that will allow me to officiate poojas in temples. However I can do that only in temples that are not under the control of govt.

Dalits not allowed in temples is another issue. Local castes like Jats/Thakurs/Thevars who are Backward castes themselves sometimes create problems in not allowing Dalits (who are supposedly lower than them) inside temples.

Bottomline is its very complex for you to understand. Hinduism has a problem with castes and it will slowly eradicate. My extended family has a Dalit son in law. Times are changing. Like how Islam is rigid, we are in some aspects.

However I can say with pride it allows me as a religion, complete freedom for a man/women as I wish and will be accountable on day of judgement. It has even a evolutionary book with stars/astrology/pure science written in guise of religion.

Dumb ***. Read my other posts on what I m saying. In Islam no human is inferior or superior to other. HAzrat Bilal himself was of Negro Origin and would give the call of Azaan In madinah. HE WAS NOT REJECTED because of him being african.

This term is being used by those who were indulged in slavery and if this term is used again then it means that certain nations doesnt change themselves and Prophet Muhammed Pbuh have used the term Habashi and people of Indian nation specially the Marathas , Rajputs, Tamilians, Telugu tribes use the term Siddi and these people use to serve in armies of Indian nation and have fought the invaders .
