The second day of the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) meeting in Agra on Sunday concluded with its chief Mohan Bhagwat making a veiled criticism of the Narendra Modiled NDA government.

RSS sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat was quoted as saying at a closed door meeting that the Sangh workers should adopt wait and watch policy considering the government was silent on its core issues.

"We are not getting the expected results. A section of people make unnecessary hue and cry over our statement that those living in Hindustan are Hindus. They don't want to analyse our statement objectively. The leaders of the party in power should also have propagated this statement more effectively. But they are silent on this issue and trying to strike a balance. It will annoy the people in the long run," Bhagwat was quoted as saying.

Bhagwat, however, was reported to have said that he still holds expectation from the Centre. Recently, the RSS had decided to handover its wish list to the Union ministers for implementing the Sangh's agenda.

Meanwhile, the Sangh head expressed his annoyance at Union minister V. K. Singh for arriving late at a meeting. The former Army chief, who was to deliver a speech at the Yuva Sankalp Shivir, reached after Bhagwat ended his address. His programme was cancelled following Bhagwat's reaction.

There are ministers in the NDA government who do not know functioning of the RSS, Bhagwat said. "Those who know the Sangh, is well aware that we start our programmes in time.

Those who were supposed to speak at the Yuva Sankalp Shivir ignored their commitment. Those who don't understand such basic facts need to be kept at bay," Bhagwat said.

The RSS chief also held meetings with local industrialists and personalities, seeking their help in propagating the Sangh's ideology.

I still believe Modi will not share his government with any non-elected representative of any organization, Mohan Bhagwat has little chance to become the 'Sonia Gandhi' of BJP, he and his organization is likely to remain unhappy in future also.

If one think Rss and Modi had ideological differences than its a laughable argument. Secular never understand this process and they never will. Rss is in Modi's core since childhood there no difference btw sangh and a Swayamsevak that's core ideology of Sangh pracharak.

Were all the reports of the RSS being unhappy at being marginalised in Gujarat, while he was CM, made up by the 'secular' media?

I tell you one thing mate If Rss say modi to die he will die that how strong ideology of a sangh pracharak like him has any member who studied Rss knows that he just a Swayamsevak and ideology of sangh is deeply rooted in him.In simple words it's Sangh who is on PM chair modi is just shadow of the Rss ideology.

If Modi will indeed die if the RSS asks him to die, I'm afraid I voted for the wrong person.
