The UAE happens to have 67 F-16s in its inventory, therefore the RSAF is training to enhance the GCC maintenance capabilities. In addition to the UAE, Bahrian and Oman also operate F-16s.

The majority of our allies operate the F-16. It is strategically sound to enhance interoperable efficiency by having trained crews on the F-16 in case if joint operations.

So do you folks have some sort of agreement with the fellow GCC countries?

Currently the GCC is undergoing a transition from "Alliance" to "Unity" in the form of a confidirate state. The MoD of all countries are supposed to become a single ministry, that's one.

The other being having the capability to support allies assets is high in the RSAF list. In case of a joint operation out maintenance and support expertise might be needed.

Whos idea was the GCC,i mean the person?
He should be declared a hero by the Arab nations.
