in developed countries like u.s and europe situation is better and even those doing lower level jobs like farm workers and cleaners,drivers etc are treated much respectfully

It’s the same old story .. everywhere in the world wealth trumps all. It’s the one equaliser ..(preferably not gained through illicit means) kinda sad but oh so true.
