Rs 502bn corruption in ministries exposed

Here is a question for you, say if Obama was found to have been involved in corruption, Do you think the people would have let him stay in the office for the remaining of his tenure?

Your answer lies in the number of times Martial Law has been declared by the military in USA. The Army knows its place in USA. It clearly does not in Pakistan. And look at the difference in outcomes.

Maybe you didn't read my question properly as i didn't mention military in it. I will repeat the question again

say if Obama was found to have been involved in corruption, Do you think the people would have let him stay in the office for the remaining of his tenure?

The best way to replace these rotten trees is by regular elections, nothing else. Destroying corrupt criminals by doing more criminals acts will never solve this situation. And there is no short cut to this, either.

Then let the politicians start a civil war and polarise the society even further. Nawaz attacked the Supreme Court in his last tenure, killed people in model Town in this tenure, maybe he should kill some of his opponents as well. But yeah, let him continue because the system must continue even at the cost of Pakistan going bankrupt and breaking up. Right?

We are still paying the price of Bhutto's revolt and treachery and the damage to the economy.

The due process defined in the Constitution for removal of the President would be followed. That is for sure.

All I am saying is that if NS is to be removed, it must be done by due process. He is corrupt, no doubt, but removing him illegally is a bigger loss for Pakistan.

Illegally? Exactly what defines what's legal and what's not?

In civilized countries, the Constitution defines that. In Pakistan, it is the Army, for all others except itself.

Let me rephrase it for you. What does constitution of Pakistan state that it's base
Let me guess: you do not accept its validity. How predictable! :D

I'm asking you 'what's is the source or what is the constitution of Pakistan based on'? No answer?

Do you even know what the first line of the constitution states?

You clearly don't have the any idea!

I will, as soon as you admit that you accept it as a valid document.

I accept it being a valid document as long as it holds true to the first condition set forth in it.

I don't think you are a Pakistani. You seem to know jack all about the Pakistani constitution and what it's based on!

The first condition is a matter of faith that cannot be verified, only believed. Abrogating the Constitution based on such a claim of higher calling is an old and disingenuous trick, that has failed Pakistan many times.

Besides, how does this relate to eliminating corruption by illegal means?

Well done. You searched and found answer.

Only a non believer would give the answer that you've given.

The Quran is above any constitution for us believers. And it would not be illegal if the Quranic laws are applied in passing a judgement.
