As for Kitab ul Kafi, I think almost 40 % of it's traditions are considered reliable by Shia scholars. Kulayni didn't claim that his collection was completely authentic

Yes that is correct...and a lot of the Shia hadiths which are basically pure deviation from the true Shiaism. Extreme lack of "quality control" and pure neglect when it comes to Shia sources unfortunately.

I found this individual residing in US who has the four books, and some more, and actually took time to go through a lot of traditions to actually find something true and authentic.
