In Balochistan, it is the Brohies who are more in number than the Baloch tribes. If one includes Brohies and the Pushtuns living in Balochistan, the number of Baloch people is less. And therefore RAW does have a big problem at hand to exploit the situation beyond a stage.

However, this certainly does not mean that a political solution to the problem should not be found.
