Where u got your stats from?
Islamabad developed much later some of the govt. infrastructure in 1960s and most of the city in mid 1970s.
This was Islamabad in 1967
And this is Dacca in 1960s
It looks pretty well developed & clean compared to now. It had huge enterprising private sector and served as mecca for Pakistan's major film industry hub.
This does not look like huge economic disparity or villages of Rakhine with no pavements or infrastructure.
And the economic disparity that exists between the population within East Pakistan is telling how millions are being pushed outside and in garment factories to do menial jobs whereas consultants making millions serving as middlemen for North American corporate brands
Grateful this reactionary Banglas [blame others than themselves] people and overpopulated burden is off our economy. They would never have stopped complaining anyways, they deserve Awami League completely.
