Hezbollah has fired historically, and the best predictor of future behavior, is past behavior. Iran fired the rocket volley into Israel during the downing of the Israeli F-16 last year. Maybe Iran fired via Syrian forces, but Iran instructed for that to happen.
Iran can fire a rocket since a long time ago against Israel, but have you thought about the international consequences and issues Iran would face for that? I'm just saying its easier said than done. I try to give my best objective analysis. thats all.

And as far as Iran's presence in Syria is due to direct request of Syrian Gov. Iran would not do anything out of Syrian interests & authorization which might eventually jeopardize on going efforts to restore security into this war-torn country. I can assure you if the attacks were conducted in Iran's soil then story was completely different. Iranian are so patient and think of long-term goals (most famous Iranian handcraft is carpet which take 8~12 months to be weaved for us politic is like weaving carpet) we're not 2 years old kid to be tricked into war.
