Nope Kashmir is no longer on UN agenda.
In fact UN doesn't even talk about its own resolutions on Kashmir.
US State department has never raised the Kashmir issue on its own but had only answered question on it in a way which favours India.

They were all gained by acts of aggression and ethnically cleansed. They all need to be returned and then we can talk about the next step.
